Hiomalevy Bosch Expert C470 150 mm K60, 50 kpl

Bosch Expert C470 sanding sheets, 150 mm diameter, grit K60, pack of 50 are abrasive discs engineered for medium-coarse sanding tasks on wood, paint and filler. Designed for use with 150 mm disc sanders, these sanding sheets deliver consistent abrasive performance, efficient material removal and straightforward replacement for continuous work cycles. The pack of 50 is suitable for extended jobs in professional workshops as well as for demanding DIY projects at home.

Advantages

These sanding sheets provide uniform grit distribution to maintain stable cut rate and predictable surface finish during sanding. The K60 grit is optimized for removing old paint, shaping filler and rapidly leveling rough wood surfaces. The discs are produced to fit standard 150 mm sanding plates and allow quick attachment and removal, which reduces downtime. Durability and consistent abrasive life contribute to reliable productivity across multiple workpieces.

Suitable for

• Sanding and leveling wooden boards and panels
• Removing paint, varnish and surface coatings
• Shaping and smoothing filler and putty
• Preparing surfaces prior to priming and repainting
• General medium-coarse sanding in workshop and renovation projects

Key specifications

• Disc diameter: 150 mm
• Abrasive grit: K60 (medium-coarse)
• Pack quantity: 50 sanding sheets
• Compatibility: designed for 150 mm disc sanders
• Typical materials: wood, paint, fillers and similar substrates

How to use

Attach a 150 mm Bosch Expert C470 sanding sheet to a compatible disc sander according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring secure fixation before powering the machine. Start sanding with moderate pressure and move the sander evenly across the surface to avoid gouging; allow the abrasive to do the work. Replace the disc when cutting efficiency diminishes or the abrasive surface becomes clogged. For best results, progress through grit sizes as required by the project until the desired surface finish is achieved.

Recommendations

For efficient material removal use steady, even strokes and avoid excessive pressure that can shorten disc life. Work in well-ventilated areas and use appropriate personal protective equipment such as dust masks, eye protection and hearing protection. Store sanding sheets flat in a dry environment to preserve abrasive performance.
