Hiomalevy FEIN 63806142220 AFSC 18 QCSL AFSC 18 QSL -laitteille

The FEIN 63806142220 sanding disc is a triangular, flat sanding pad designed for very narrow, flat openings such as strips on wardrobes or window shutters. It includes a plastic carrier plate to prevent damage and marks on the workpiece and features a hook-and-loop surface for quick attachment to compatible FEIN oscillating tools. Each pack contains two discs and is intended for use with AFSC 18 QCSL and AFSC 18 QSL models as well as several FEIN MultiTalent and MultiMaster QuickStart and Start variants.

Advantages

The flat triangular shape allows access to tight, narrow gaps where round or larger pads cannot reach. The plastic carrier plate protects the workpiece from scratches and pressure marks during sanding. The hook-and-loop surface enables fast, secure attachment and replacement of sanding paper. Supplied as a two-piece pack to ensure a spare disc is available when needed.

Suitable for

• Sanding narrow strips on wardrobes and cabinets
• Working on window shutters and narrow frames
• Detail sanding in confined or flat openings
• Use with compatible FEIN oscillating cordless tools

How to use

Attach the sanding disc to the tool’s sanding pad by aligning the hook-and-loop surfaces and pressing firmly to secure. Use the FEIN oscillating tool at the recommended speed for the material being worked on and make light, controlled passes across the narrow opening. Replace the disc when abrasive performance declines or when the paper is worn; detach by peeling the disc from the pad and fit a new disc on the plastic carrier plate.

Recommendations

For best results, inspect the plastic carrier plate and sanding surface before use to ensure they are free from debris that could scratch the workpiece. Use fine-grit discs for finishing and coarser grits for material removal. Always follow the safety and operating instructions of the compatible FEIN tool.
