Key specifications

• Diameter: 125 mm
• Quantity in pack: 50 pieces
• Designed for use with random-orbit sanders and compatible sanding pads
• Intended applications: sanding, paint removal, surface smoothing and preparation

How to use

Select the appropriate grit disc for the task and attach it to a compatible 125 mm sanding pad or random-orbit sander according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions. Operate the sander at the recommended speed, apply even pressure, and move the tool steadily across the workpiece to avoid gouging. Replace discs as soon as abrasive performance declines to maintain an efficient sanding process.

Recommendations

For best results, begin sanding with a coarser grit to remove material quickly, then progress to finer grits for smoothing and finishing. Use dust extraction or a dust mask and eye protection during sanding. Store unused discs flat in a dry environment to preserve abrasive integrity.
