How to use

Attach a disc to a compatible delta sander according to the sander manufacturer's instructions, ensuring the disc is aligned with the sander's holes. Begin sanding at low speed to check compatibility with the workpiece, then adjust speed and pressure as needed. Use progressive grit steps if heavy material removal or a fine finish is required. Replace the disc when abrasive performance decreases or the backing is damaged.

Recommendations

For best results, use the KWB 492512 discs with properly maintained delta sanders, keep the workpiece clean, and change discs regularly to avoid scratches from worn abrasive. When sanding painted surfaces or plastics, test on a small area first to confirm the finish and speed settings.
