Hiomapaperit Bosch C430 Expert for Wood and Paint 6 kpl

The Bosch C430 Expert for Wood and Paint sanding discs deliver extended lifetime performance when sanding wood, veneer and solid surfaces. Their electrostatic open-coated surface with space between the abrasive grains supports consistent dust removal and reduces sheet clogging. Made with a tough abrasive grit and fully synthetic resin bond, these discs are intended for keying and sanding paint, varnish, filler, primer and wood-based materials, and are suitable for intermediate sanding of varnished surfaces. They can also be used for sanding after wetting on certain materials and for smoothing feather edges. The C430 sanding sheets are compatible with delta sanders and feature a highly flexible C-/B-paper backing that allows folding without cracking.

Advantages

The electrostatic open-coated surface promotes efficient dust extraction and prevents rapid clogging during sanding. Durable abrasive grit with synthetic resin bonding increases wear resistance and extends usable life. Flexible C-/B-paper backing enables folding and working on contours without backing failure. Compatibility with delta sanders makes these discs suitable for a variety of sanding tasks on wood and painted surfaces.

Suitable for

• Sanding and keying paint and varnish
• Intermediate sanding of varnished surfaces
• Sanding wood, veneer and solid wood surfaces
• Smoothing feather edges and sanding after wetting on certain materials

How to use

Select the appropriate grit for the task and attach the sanding disc to a compatible delta sander according to the sander manufacturer's instructions. Work with steady, even pressure and avoid excessive force to prevent premature wear. For paint and varnish preparation, perform keying passes before applying new coatings. When sanding after wetting, ensure the surface is suitable for this treatment and allow any moisture-sensitive materials to dry as recommended before further finishing.

Recommendations

Use with a dust extraction system where possible to maximize the benefit of the electrostatic open-coated surface. Store discs flat in a dry environment and avoid prolonged exposure to high humidity to preserve backing flexibility and abrasive performance.
