Hiomapaperit Bosch C430 Expert puulle ja lakalle 10 kpl

The Bosch C430 Expert for Wood and Paint sanding sheets deliver long lifetime and consistent sanding performance on wood, veneer and painted surfaces. Designed for keying and smoothing paint, varnish, filler, primer and wood-based materials, these sheets resist clogging thanks to an electrostatic open-coated surface that promotes dust removal. The abrasive grit is wear-resistant and the fully synthetic resin bond increases durability. The flexible C-/B-paper backing allows folding without cracking and the sheets are compatible with orbital sanders.

Advantages

Electrostatic open-coated surface ensures efficient dust removal and reduced sheet clogging. Tough, wear-resistant abrasive grit and a synthetic resin bond provide extended service life. Flexible C-/B-paper backing permits folding and work on contoured surfaces without cracking. Compatible with orbital sanders for a wide range of sanding tasks.

Suitable for

• Sanding and keying of paint and varnish
• Intermediate sanding of varnished surfaces
• Sanding and smoothing of fillers and primers
• Sanding wood, veneer and wood-based materials
• Sanding after wetting on certain materials and feather edging

How to use

Select the appropriate grit for the task and attach the sheet to a compatible orbital sander or use by hand where applicable. Sand with steady, even strokes, avoiding excessive pressure to extend sheet life and achieve uniform results. For paint and varnish, perform intermediate sanding as required to prepare surfaces for subsequent coats. Replace the sheet when effectiveness decreases or clogging occurs despite dust removal properties.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (dust mask, eye protection) and ensure adequate dust extraction or ventilation when sanding. Test on a small area before use on sensitive surfaces and follow the sander manufacturer's instructions for safe operation.
