Assorted colours enable immediate visual categorisation without additional tools. The 190 x 110 mm format offers a balance between space for information and portability. A 250-sheet pack reduces the need for frequent replacement and supports extended projects or classroom sets. How to use

Choose a colour to represent a category or priority, then write concise information on each card. Use the card size to limit entries to essential points or questions for efficient review. Arrange cards on a table, pinboard or in card boxes for organised access. For presentations or workshops, combine multiple colours to create clear visual segments. Store unused cards flat in a dry place to prevent bending or moisture damage.

Recommendations

For long-term reference use archival-quality sleeves or folders to protect cards from wear. When using markers, allow ink to dry briefly to avoid smudging and test marker types on a spare card to confirm minimal bleed-through. To maximise organisation, assign a single colour per topic and maintain a simple index to locate information quickly.
