Vaijerivintturi Holzmann ESZ500D_230V 900 W 500 kg 12 m

Electric wire rope hoist Holzmann ESZ500D_230V with a 900 W motor, designed for lifting and moving loads up to 500 kg. The unit includes a long operating cable, coated steel sheet components and an aluminium die-cast housing for the engine and gearbox. It uses a 4.2 mm steel rope (1770 N/mm²) and offers two rated payloads depending on rope length: up to 500 kg at a maximum of 6 m and up to 250 kg at a maximum of 12 m.

Advantages

The hoist combines a high-power 900 W motor with a compact, lightweight design (approx. 16.5 kg) for efficient lifting. Durable materials such as coated steel panels and an aluminium die-cast engine and gearbox housing increase resistance to wear. The 4.2 mm steel rope with specified tensile strength provides reliable load handling, while the long operating cable and 12 m rope length extend reach for a range of lifting applications.

Suitable for

• Loading and unloading medium-weight goods in workshops and small production facilities
• Assembly tasks requiring vertical lifting and positioning
• Maintenance work where controlled lifting of equipment or parts is needed

How to use

Install the hoist on a suitable overhead support capable of carrying the intended loads and follow all local safety regulations. Attach the load securely to the hook using appropriate slings or lifting gear rated for the payload. Operate the hoist using the control pendant, lifting or lowering the load smoothly while avoiding sudden starts or stops. Ensure the rope is correctly wound on the drum and remains free of twists or kinks during operation.

Recommendations

Before each use, inspect the steel rope, hooks, housing and electrical cable for visible damage. Do not exceed the specified payload for the given rope length. Use the hoist only within its rated duty cycle and have periodic inspections and maintenance performed according to the manufacturer's instructions and applicable safety standards.
