HONEYWELL applikointiliitäntäkortti

An essential interface card that enables direct communication between Honeywell industrial printers and external label applicators, ensuring precise synchronization for automated print-and-apply systems. It handles digital I/O signals to coordinate print start, applicator ready, and error status, making it the backbone of high-volume labeling operations.

Advantages

This card eliminates the need for custom wiring or external controllers by providing a standardized multi-pin connection. It supports real-time handshaking between the printer and applicator, reducing misprints and downtime. Installation is simple: insert the card into the printer's internal slot and connect the applicator cable (sold separately). The card is powered by the host printer, so no additional power supply is required.
