Imunostin KS Tools 140.1005 – käsikäyttöinen alipainenostin, 40 kg kantokyky

The KS Tools 140.1005 hand vacuum lifter is a manual suction cup designed for lifting and positioning smooth, non-porous materials. With a rated load capacity of 40 kg, this compact tool creates a simple vacuum grip suitable for glass, ceramic tiles, sheet metal and other flat, non-absorbent surfaces. It is intended for workshop use, installation tasks and short-distance handling where a temporary, reliable hold helps reduce manual strain and improve safety when moving or aligning parts.

Advantages

The device uses a hand-operated pump mechanism to generate suction without external power, offering quick attachment and release. Its compact construction and ergonomic handle enable controlled lifting and positioning of panels and plates. The rubber sealing lip conforms to flat surfaces to maintain vacuum and reduce slippage. The straightforward design requires minimal maintenance and can be used repeatedly for light to medium handling tasks.

Suitable for

• Lifting and positioning glass panes during installation
• Handling ceramic tiles and countertops
• Moving sheet metal panels and small metal plates
• Temporary securing of smooth workpieces during assembly

Key specifications

• Rated load capacity: 40 kg
• Operation: manual hand-operated vacuum pump
• Compatible surface type: smooth, non-porous materials (glass, tiles, sheet metal)
• Grip type: single suction cup with rubber sealing lip
• Typical applications: lifting, positioning, short-distance transport

How to use

Place the rubber sealing lip on a clean, dry, and flat section of the workpiece. Operate the hand pump until a secure vacuum is achieved and the suction cup holds the load. Lift or move the object within the specified load rating, keeping movements steady to avoid shock loads. To release, operate the release mechanism or allow air to re-enter under the sealing lip, depending on the model design. Inspect the seal and surface cleanliness before each use and do not exceed the rated capacity.

Recommendations

For safe and reliable operation, use the suction cup only on smooth, non-porous surfaces free of dust, oils and moisture. Verify that the load does not exceed 40 kg and avoid lifting with damaged or worn sealing lips. When handling fragile materials such as glass, support the load at multiple points if necessary and move steadily to prevent sudden impacts.
