InLine litteä patch-kaapeli, U/FTP, Cat.6A, valkoinen, 7 m

The InLine Flat patch cable U/FTP Cat.6A white 7m is a 7 metre network patch cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends and a flat profile designed for installation in confined spaces. Constructed to Cat.6A performance with U/FTP shielding, the cable reduces crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference while supporting high-speed Ethernet links in home and office networks. Its white jacket provides a discreet appearance for visible runs along skirting boards or under carpets.

Advantages

The flat construction simplifies routing along walls, door frames and beneath flooring where a round cable would be bulky. U/FTP shielding around each twisted pair helps maintain signal integrity at higher frequencies, making the cable suitable for 10 Gigabit Ethernet over short to medium runs. Standard RJ-45 connectors on both ends ensure compatibility with switches, routers, network interface cards and patch panels that accept 8P8C plugs.

Suitable for

• 10/5/2.5/1 Gbps Ethernet connections in home and small office networks
• Patch connections between wall outlets, switches and routers
• Discreet cabling along skirting boards, under carpets or through narrow gaps
• Environments where reduced electromagnetic interference is required

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to a network device such as a router, switch or computer and the other plug to the corresponding port on the remote device. Ensure both connectors are fully inserted and the latching clip engages. Route the flat cable along walls, under carpets or through narrow spaces, avoiding sharp bends and sustained compression that could damage the internal pairs. For optimal performance, keep the cable separate from strong power sources where possible.

Recommendations

For reliable high-speed performance, avoid excessive bending radii and heavy loads on the flat cable. Use cable clips or adhesive channels for secure attachment on surfaces, and maintain separation from mains power cables to minimise interference. Inspect connectors for damage before use and replace the cable if the jacket or plugs show signs of wear.
