InLine nippuside 400 mm × 7,2 mm musta, vetolujuus 539,4 N — 100 kpl

InLine cable ties, 400 mm long and 7.2 mm wide in black, supplied in a pack of 100 pieces. Made from polyamide 6.6 (nylon), these cable ties offer a tensile strength of 539.4 N and are suitable for bundling cables, securing wiring looms and general fastening tasks in electrical, automotive and industrial environments. They are designed for quick installation by hand or with auxiliary tools and comply with ISO EN62275 for standardized performance.

Advantages

The polyamide 6.6 construction provides high mechanical strength and reliable retention through internal teeth that lock securely. The material exhibits strong resistance to seawater, oil and grease, making the ties appropriate for harsh environments. A wide operating temperature range from −20 °C to 85 °C enables use in many indoor and outdoor applications. The 7.2 mm width balances ease of handling with medium-high tensile capacity for stable bundling of cable groups and components.

Suitable for

• Bundling and organizing electrical cables and wiring looms
• Securing hoses and tubing in automotive and industrial installations
• General fastening and temporary or permanent cable management
• Use in environments exposed to oil, grease or seawater

How to use

Insert the tail of the cable tie through the head and pull to tighten around the bundle until the desired tension is reached. For repetitive or precision applications, use a tensioning tool to ensure consistent clamping force and to cut off the excess tail close to the head. For installations in exposed locations, route the ties so that shear or direct abrasion is minimized and avoid overtightening around delicate cables to prevent insulation damage.

Recommendations

Store cable ties in a closed bag and protect them from direct sunlight and sources of direct heat such as radiators to avoid desiccation during prolonged storage. Choose a tie width and length appropriate to the bundle diameter and use tensioning tools where repeatable tension or a neat finish is required.
