InLine nippuside 450 mm × 7,2 mm, musta, vetolujuus 539,4 N, 100 kpl

InLine cable ties, 450 mm × 7.2 mm, black, pack of 100 are nylon (Polyamide 6.6) fasteners designed for bundling and securing cables, hoses and other components. Each tie offers a tensile strength of 539.4 N and an operating temperature range from −20 °C to 85 °C. The internal teeth lock the strap securely in place; the ties are resistant to seawater, oil and grease and comply with ISO EN62275 for general cable management applications.

Advantages

The wide 7.2 mm profile and 450 mm length provide reliable clamping for medium to large bundles, while the high tensile strength ensures stable retention under load. Made from Polyamide 6.6, these cable ties show good chemical resistance and durability in automotive, industrial and electrical environments. They can be applied by hand or with standard installation tools and are supplied in a convenient 100-piece pack for repetitive use.

Suitable for

• Bundling electrical cables and wiring looms
• Securing hoses and pipes in automotive applications
• Fastening cable runs in industrial control cabinets and machines
• General purpose fastening where medium-high retention force is required

Key specifications

• Material: Polyamide 6.6 (nylon)
• Length: 450 mm
• Width: 7.2 mm
• Tensile strength: 539.4 N
• Colour: black
• Operating temperature range: −20 °C to 85 °C

How to use

Insert the free end of the cable tie through the head and pull until the tie securely wraps the bundle. For a tighter and more consistent installation use an appropriate cable tie tensioning tool; cut off the excess tail close to the head to reduce snagging. Install ties so that the head faces outward or away from moving parts to minimise wear. Avoid over-tightening around sensitive cables to prevent compression damage.

Recommendations

Store ties in a closed bag and protect them from direct sunlight and direct heat sources such as radiators to avoid drying and embrittlement during prolonged storage. For outdoor use with prolonged UV exposure consider additional UV-resistant products or protective coverings. Follow standard safety and installation practices when bundling live electrical conductors.
