InLine puhelinkaapeli 12 johdinta jäykkä asennus 6x2x0,6 mm suojattu 100 m

Telephone solid installation cable with 12 solid conductors arranged as 6 pairs, color-coded for easy identification. Cores are made of CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum) to provide a cost-effective alternative to pure copper while maintaining reliable signal transmission. The cable includes overall foil shielding with a drain wire and a 0.5 mm thick PVC outer jacket in beige. Cable dimensions are 6x2x0.6 mm and the roll length is 100 m.

Advantages

The CCA conductors offer a lower-cost solution with electrical characteristics suitable for voice and low-frequency data transmission. Foil shielding with a drain wire reduces electromagnetic interference and improves signal integrity in environments with potential noise. The solid-core design and PVC jacket provide mechanical stability for fixed installations.

Suitable for

• Fixed indoor telephone wiring
• Small office and residential telephone installations
• Low-frequency signal runs requiring EMI protection

Key specifications

• Manufacturer: InLine, MPN: 69977A, EAN: 4043718198610
• Configuration: 6 pairs (12 solid wires), color-coded
• Conductor material: CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum)
• Shielding: Overall foil with drain wire
• Jacket: 0.5 mm PVC, beige
• Dimensions: 6x2x0.6 mm
• Length: 100 m

How to use

Cut the cable to the required length and strip the outer PVC jacket carefully to expose the paired conductors. Separate and identify the color-coded pairs, terminate them to compatible telephone blocks or connectors following standard wiring schemes. Ensure the drain wire is connected to ground or the shielding termination point to maintain EMI protection. Use the solid-core cable in fixed, immobile installations to avoid conductor fatigue.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines and keep it away from strong EMI sources. Use proper strain relief at termination points and secure the cable in place to prevent mechanical stress. For installations requiring higher bandwidth or long-distance data transmission, consider using pure copper or twisted-pair data cables designed for those purposes.
