InLine RCA-plugi juotettava valkoinen rengas metalli musta 6 mm kaapelille

This InLine RCA Male Connector for Soldering 99110P is a single RCA plug intended for creating custom audio and video cables. It is designed for soldering to a 6 mm cable and has a black metal body with a white ring. Gold-plated contacts ensure good conductivity and reliable signal transfer for A/V connections.

Advantages

The gold-plated contacts reduce corrosion and improve electrical conductivity. The metal housing provides mechanical durability while the white ring helps with visual identification. The connector is supplied individually, allowing selection of the exact number needed for custom cable assemblies.

Suitable for

• DIY audio cable repairs and custom RCA leads
• Analog audio connections (stereo systems, mixers)
• Composite video or other A/V cable assemblies

How to use

Strip the cable outer jacket and prepare the inner conductor and shield according to the cable type. Slide any heatshrink or sleeve onto the cable before soldering. Solder the centre conductor to the RCA pin and the shield to the outer contact following standard soldering practices. After soldering, assemble the connector body and secure any fastening elements. Verify the connection with a continuity test before use.

Recommendations

Use appropriate soldering equipment and safety precautions. For best results use fresh rosin-core solder and avoid excessive heat to protect the gold plating and cable insulation. Choose cable diameters close to 6 mm for optimal fit.
