InLine sisäinen virta-Y-kaapeli 1x 5,25" / 2x SATA virta 0,20 m

The InLine Internal Power Y-Cable 1x 5.25" / 2x SATA power 0.20m is a short internal power adapter that converts a single 5.25" (Molex-style) power connector into two SATA power connectors. With a cable length of 0.20 m and a compact design, it enables powering two SATA drives or devices from one standard 5.25" power plug inside a PC.

Advantages

This Y-cable provides a simple and space-saving way to supply power to two SATA devices from a single 5.25" power connector. Its short length reduces cable clutter inside the case, and the adapter is compatible with standard internal power supplies. The solution is easy to install and requires no tools beyond access to the internal connectors.

Suitable for

• Connecting two 2.5" or 3.5" SATA hard drives or SSDs when only one 5.25" outlet is available
• Powering SATA optical drives or card readers in compact builds
• PC upgrades and system builds where additional SATA power connectors are needed

How to use

Shut down the computer and disconnect the power supply before installation. Plug the single 5.25" power connector into the corresponding power cable from the PSU, then connect the two SATA power connectors to the SATA devices. Ensure connectors are fully seated and route the cable to avoid blocking airflow or interfering with other components. Reconnect power and start the system to verify device power.

Recommendations

Use this adapter only with compatible internal power supplies and SATA devices. Avoid stretching the cable or placing it near moving parts. If powering multiple high-draw devices, verify the PSU can supply sufficient current on the rail used by the 5.25" connector.
