INNE sähkömagneettinen ovilukko ZEW-280 280kg pitovoima Fail-Safe pinta-asennus LED-valolla

The INNE ZEW-280 stands apart from typical electromagnetic locks by delivering a robust 280 kg holding force in a compact, surface-mount design that suits wooden, glass, metal, and fireproof doors alike. Its anodized aluminum housing and high-strength steel armature plate ensure long-term durability, while the selectable 12V/24V DC operation and built-in MOV surge protection make it a reliable choice for access control systems that demand both security and simplicity.

Highlights

• 280 kg (600 lbs) holding force for secure single-door locking
• Fail-safe operation: unlocks when power is removed, ideal for safety-critical areas
• Dual voltage: 12V DC (500 mA) or 24V DC (250 mA) selectable
• LED status indicator: green when locked, red when unlocked
• Anti-residual magnetism design prevents sticking after release
• MOV surge protection guards against voltage spikes
• Silver anodized finish resists corrosion and wear

In daily use

Installation is straightforward with the included mounting bracket and armature plate; the lock body measures 250 x 47 x 25 mm and the armature plate 180 x 38 x 11 mm, fitting most standard door frames. The lock operates in temperatures from -10°C to +55°C and up to 95% non-condensing humidity, making it suitable for indoor and sheltered outdoor applications. The LED indicator provides instant visual confirmation of lock status, simplifying troubleshooting and monitoring.
