Irix Edge CPL SR 67mm ympyräpolarisaatiosuodatin

Glare and reflections can rob your photographs of depth, colour, and clarity. The Irix Edge CPL SR 67mm circular polarizer filter eliminates unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces, deepens blue skies, and enhances overall colour saturation. Crafted with high-quality optical glass and a multi-resistant coating, this filter ensures your images remain crisp and vivid even in challenging lighting conditions.

Who is it for

Landscape, outdoor, and architectural photographers who demand precise control over reflections and colour rendition. It is also ideal for anyone shooting through glass or water, or working in environments where moisture, dust, or fingerprints are a concern.

Main features

• Circular polarizer effect reduces glare and reflections by up to 99.9%
• High-quality optical glass with 16-layer anti-reflective coating for superior light transmission (>99.5%)
• Hydrophobic and oleophobic coatings repel water and oil, keeping the filter clean
• Scratch-resistant coating protects against everyday wear
• Slim, lightweight aluminium frame prevents vignetting on wide-angle lenses
• Knurled edge provides secure grip for easy rotation and adjustment
• Front filter thread allows stacking of additional filters or attachment of a lens cap
• Neutral colour balance ensures accurate colour reproduction

Tips

For maximum polarizing effect, shoot at a 90-degree angle to the sun. Rotate the filter slowly while looking through the viewfinder to find the optimal position. When using a wide-angle lens, be aware that the polarizing effect may vary across the frame, especially with very wide focal lengths. To clean, use a soft microfiber cloth; the hydrophobic coating will help water bead off, but avoid harsh chemicals.
