The permanent adhesive provides a lasting bond suitable for files, boxes, envelopes and product packaging where a fixed label is required.

Advantages

These white rectangle labels offer consistent dimensions for predictable print alignment and cutting. The permanent adhesive ensures labels remain affixed without lifting or curling under normal office and storage conditions. Sheets are compatible with many common laser and inkjet printers, enabling quick personalised printing and reliable text and barcode reproduction. The neutral white colour provides high contrast for readability and effective scanning.

How to use

Prepare your document or template in your preferred word processing or label-design software matching the label dimensions. Load the sheet stack into the printer according to the printer manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring the printable side and feed orientation correspond to your design. Print one test sheet to verify alignment and settings before running the full batch. After printing, peel labels from the backing and apply to clean, dry surfaces, pressing firmly from one side to the other to ensure full adhesion.

Recommendations

For best results, store unopened packs in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Apply labels to surfaces that are free of dust, oil and moisture. Test adhesion on non-critical surfaces if applying to textured or coated materials. When printing barcodes or small text, use a high-resolution print setting to maintain legibility and scanability.
