Itseliimautuva tulostintarra Brady M21-750-595-BK — vinyyli, musta, 1,91 cm x 6,4 m

Brady M21-750-595-BK is a self-adhesive printer label made from durable vinyl in black, supplied on a roll with a width of 1.91 cm and a total length of 6.4 m. Intended for use with thermal transfer or compatible label printers, this vinyl label features a low-shrink, high-performance construction and an ultra-aggressive adhesive formulated for reliable attachment to a wide range of industrial surfaces including cables, pipes, panels and equipment.

Advantages

The vinyl material offers resistance to common industrial stresses such as abrasion and moderate chemical exposure while maintaining legibility of thermal transfer printed text. Low shrink properties ensure dimensional stability after printing and during temperature changes. The ultra-aggressive adhesive provides strong initial tack and long-term adhesion on curved, textured and oily surfaces where standard labels may fail. Supplied on a roll, the label is compatible with many Brady and third-party printers that accept similar formats, enabling continuous printing of identification markers with minimal downtime.

How to use

Load the roll into a compatible thermal transfer label printer following the printer manufacturer's instructions for roll orientation and ribbon selection. Design labels with appropriate font sizes and contrast for black vinyl to ensure clear readability; recommended printing uses a thermal transfer ribbon suitable for vinyl media. After printing, apply labels to clean, dry surfaces — remove oils, dust and loose particles to maximize adhesion. For curved or textured surfaces, press firmly from one edge to the other to remove air pockets and ensure full contact.

Recommendations

Store rolls in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high humidity to preserve adhesive performance. For best results on oily or rough surfaces, test a sample label before full application and consider surface preparation such as degreasing. Select a thermal transfer ribbon compatible with vinyl media to improve print durability and resistance to smearing.
