The permanent adhesive ensures reliable attachment to a variety of surfaces while the paper finish accepts common inks and toners for clear text and barcodes. The chlorine- and PVC-free material reduces environmental impact compared with some coated alternatives.

Prepare your document or label template matching the 97 x 67.7 mm label size and layout of eight labels per A4 sheet. Load the Avery Zweckform 4782 sheets into the paper tray of your inkjet or laser printer according to the printer manufacturer’s instructions for labels. Print using the recommended print settings for label sheets or paper weight to ensure correct toner or ink adhesion and precise alignment. After printing, separate labels from the backing and apply to a clean, dry surface by pressing firmly to secure the permanent adhesive.

Recommendations

For best print results, test one sheet to confirm alignment and printer settings before printing large batches. Avoid applying labels to wet, dusty, or textured surfaces; use on clean, dry, and smooth substrates. Store unopened packs flat in a cool, dry place to preserve adhesive performance and paper quality.
