Itseliimautuvat tulostustarrat HERMA kansiotarrat A4 192x59 mm

HERMA File labels are self-adhesive printer labels made from white matt opaque paper designed for clear, uniform labelling of standard files. Each A4 sheet contains four labels sized 192 x 59 mm; the pack contains 400 labels. The opaque material prevents old lettering from showing through and delivers consistent printing results across laser printers, inkjet printers and copiers.

Advantages

These file labels offer reliable adhesion suited to frequently handled files and are easy to apply for neat, long-lasting results. The material is chlorine-free bleached special paper with high whiteness and is PEFC-certified; labels and paper packaging are recyclable. Labels provide excellent compatibility with colour and monochrome printers and trouble-free processing due to an all-round protective edge and flat sheets.

Suitable for

• Labelling standard office and home files
• Printing company logos, titles and organization notes
• Batch printing with laser, inkjet and colour copiers
• Archiving and filing systems requiring opaque, non-show-through labels

How to use

Prepare your print layout to match the 192 x 59 mm label size and load the A4 sheets into your printer according to the printer manufacturer’s feed orientation. Print the required text or logo using standard printer settings for paper labels, allow the ink or toner to dry, and peel off each label from the backing sheet. Apply centrally to the file spine, pressing from one side to the other to avoid bubbles and ensure full contact.

Recommendations

For best results use templates provided by your printer software or the manufacturer’s free label software and select a paper/label media setting. Store unopened packs flat in a cool, dry place to maintain flatness and adhesion; dispose of used labels with waste paper where local recycling accepts adhesive paper.
