HYDRO X SERIES XT BENDING TOOL KIT — a compact accessories set from CORSAIR designed for working with PMMA (acrylic) tubing in custom PC cooling loops. The kit combines a fine-toothed hacksaw, a deburring tool, a sawing clamp, a 30 cm silicone insert and an adjustable ambidextrous bending mandrel with rubber inserts to support cutting, smoothing and bending of hard tubing with controlled results.

Advantages

The fine-toothed hacksaw enables clean cuts in acrylic tubing with minimal splintering while the deburring tool smooths rough edges for better fittings. The sawing clamp holds tubes securely and protects the work surface. The 30 cm silicone insert preserves tube shape during heating to prevent kinks, and the adjustable ambidextrous bending mandrel provides accurate 45°, 90° and 180° bends with built-in notches for consistent length measurement.

Suitable for

• Cutting PMMA/acrylic tubing for PC liquid cooling loops
• Deburring and preparing tube ends for fittings
• Forming precise 45°, 90° and 180° hard-tube bends
• Hobby and workshop tasks requiring controlled tube bending and cutting

Key specifications

• Brand: CORSAIR
• Model / MPN: CX-9059007-WW
• EAN: 0840006622918
• Contents: fine-toothed hacksaw, deburring tool (tube reamer), sawing clamp, 30 cm silicone insert, adjustable ambidextrous bending mandrel with rubber inserts
• Designed for: PMMA (acrylic) hard tubing

How to use

Secure the tube in the sawing clamp so it cannot move and place the protective ridge against the work surface. Use the fine-toothed hacksaw to cut the PMMA tubing with steady strokes; then remove burs and rough edges with the deburring tool. Insert the silicone rod into the tube before heating to keep the tube round and prevent kinking. Position the tube over the adjustable bending mandrel and heat the area to be bent according to the tube manufacturer's recommendations; use the mandrel notches to set the required angle (45°, 90° or 180°) and form the bend evenly.

Recommendations

Follow safety precautions when cutting and heating acrylic tubing: wear eye protection, work in a well-ventilated area, heat tubing gradually to avoid deformation, and verify fittings for leak-free installation before putting the cooling loop into operation.
