How to use

Place the footrest on the floor in front of your chair. Use the foot-operated button to raise or lower the platform until your knees are at approximately a 90-degree angle and your feet rest comfortably. Ensure the anti-slip surface contacts the soles of your feet. Adjust height as needed throughout the day to maintain comfort and circulation.

Recommendations

Check the footrest position relative to your workstation: feet should be supported without forcing your knees too high. Do not exceed the specified maximum load and keep the adjustment mechanism free of debris for smooth operation.
