Jatkojohto Brennenstuhl 40m H07RN-F 5G1,5

The Brennenstuhl Power extension 40m H07RN-F 5G1,5 is a mobile outdoor cable reel designed for site and general outdoor use with IP44 protection. It combines a powder-coated steel frame and a highly break-resistant special rubber reel body, with a 40 m H07RN-F 5G1,5 rubber-neoprene cable rated for demanding applications and approved to VDE 0100 part 704 site standards.

Advantages

The unit offers multiple supply options including one CEE plug 400 V/16 A, one CEE socket 400 V/16 A and two water-jet protected 230 V sockets. Earthed sockets are connected to separate phases and the reel includes a 3-pin safety cut-out plus thermal overload protection. The powder-coated frame increases stability and the robust reel body and black rubber-neoprene cable provide resistance to mechanical stress and outdoor conditions.

Suitable for

• Construction sites and temporary outdoor installations
• Powering three-phase equipment and single-phase tools
• Workshops and garden maintenance where IP44 protection is required

Key specifications

• Cable length: 40 m
• Cable type and size: H07RN-F 5G1,5 (rubber-neoprene)
• Maximum current: 16 A
• Voltage: 400 V (CEE) and 230 V (sockets)
• Sockets: 1 x CEE plug 400 V/16 A, 1 x CEE socket 400 V/16 A, 2 x 230 V water-jet protected sockets
• Protection class: IP44
• Reel diameter: 320 mm
• Frame: powder-coated, particularly stable

How to use

Install the reel on a stable surface or carry it by the frame to the work location. Connect the CEE plug to a compatible 400 V/16 A supply for three-phase power or use the 230 V sockets for single-phase devices. Ensure the cable is unreeled sufficiently to prevent overheating and avoid sharp bends. Use the 3-pin safety cut-out and respect the thermal overload protection; do not exceed the rated 16 A load per connection. After use, disconnect power, coil the cable onto the reel and store the unit in a dry place.

Recommendations

For safe operation, verify the supply compatibility (400 V/16 A for CEE connections) before connecting tools or machines. Avoid prolonged use with the cable tightly wound under heavy load and inspect the rubber-neoprene cable regularly for cuts or damage; replace if compromised.
