Jatkokaapeli Antari EXT-1 6,3 mm – audio-/liipaisinjatkokaapeli sumukoneille

Antari EXT-1 is a 6.3 mm extension cable designed for use with fog machines and effect units. It extends trigger, remote or audio connections between controllers and devices, allowing greater flexibility in equipment placement while maintaining reliable signal transmission. The cable is intended for application in event, stage and AV setups where extra length is required to position machines or control panels without relocating other components.

Advantages

The cable uses a standard 6.3 mm connector to ensure compatibility with common trigger and audio inputs on fog and effect machines. Its construction preserves signal integrity over the extended run and reduces the need for improvised adapters. The neutral design supports straightforward connection and removal, and the length adds flexibility when arranging machines, controllers, or remote switches in live environments.

How to use

Insert the male 6.3 mm plug into the controller or source output and connect the female end to the fog machine or effect unit input. Confirm that both devices are powered off when making the connection to avoid unintended activation. After connecting, power on the equipment and test the trigger or audio path function; ensure the connector is fully seated and that the cable routing avoids sharp bends or pinch points.

Recommendations

Use the extension cable indoors or in covered outdoor locations to avoid exposure to moisture. Route the cable away from high-heat sources and moving parts, and secure runs to prevent trip hazards. If long-term outdoor deployment or greater environmental protection is required, consider purpose-built weatherproof cabling and connectors.
