Jatkoliitin RJ-45 ShiverPeaks 72067-100B sininen

The ShiverPeaks Wire Connector RJ-45 72067-100B in blue is a pack of 100 RJ-45 male connectors designed for creating or repairing Cat5e/Cat6 network cables and other Ethernet-based connections. These molded plug-style connectors provide a standard eight-pin interface for terminating twisted-pair cables and are intended for bulk wiring tasks where consistent performance and color identification are useful.

Advantages

These RJ-45 connectors offer consistent pin alignment and a transparent housing for visual inspection of conductor placement. The blue color enables easy identification in patch panels or cable bundles. Supplied in a pack of 100, they enable efficient handling for multiple terminations and reduce the need for frequent reordering. The product is built to standard form factor, allowing compatibility with common modular jacks and network equipment.

Suitable for

• Terminating Cat5e and Cat6 twisted-pair cables
• Repairing damaged RJ-45 plug ends on patch cords
• Bulk installations in offices, data centers, and homes
• Color-coded cabling and patch panel organization

Key specifications

• Connector type: RJ-45 male, 8P8C style
• Pack quantity: 100 pieces
• Housing color: blue
• Suitable cable type: UTP/FTP twisted-pair (Cat5e/Cat6 compatible)
• Material: molded plastic housing with gold-plated contact surfaces (standard conductive plating)

How to use

Strip the cable jacket to expose the twisted pairs and untwist conductors to the required length for the connector. Arrange conductors in the appropriate wiring order (T568A or T568B), insert them fully into the connector until each wire reaches the contact end, and crimp using a compatible RJ-45 crimping tool. Verify each termination visually through the transparent housing and test the cable with a network cable tester to ensure continuity and correct pairing.

Recommendations

Use a quality crimping tool matched to RJ-45 8P8C plugs and avoid excessive conductor untwisting to maintain cable performance. For runs requiring shielded cable, confirm connector compatibility with shielded cable drain wires. Store unused connectors in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to preserve housing and contact integrity.
