Jatkoliitin RJ45 ShiverPeaks BS72067-W valkoinen

The ShiverPeaks BS72067-W is a white RJ45 wire connector designed for reliable Ethernet and networking terminations. It features gold-plated contacts to improve conductivity and resist corrosion, and its compact plastic housing supports easy insertion and stable cable retention. The connector is intended for copper twisted-pair cables and provides a durable mechanical interface for patch cords, patch panels and field terminations.

Advantages

Gold-plated contacts provide consistent electrical conductivity and increased resistance to oxidation compared with unplated contacts. The compact, snap-fit housing simplifies insertion into jacks and housings while maintaining firm contact with conductor wires. Robust plastic construction offers mechanical durability for repeated mating cycles and field use. The neutral white color integrates unobtrusively into most installations.

Suitable for

• Assembling or repairing Ethernet patch cords
• Field terminations of twisted-pair network cables
• Connecting cables to patch panels and wall jacks
• Small office, data closet and home network installations

Key specifications

• Connector type: 8P8C (RJ45) compatible
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts for improved conductivity
• Housing color: white
• Cable compatibility: copper twisted-pair network cables (e.g., Cat5e / Cat6 class cables where suitable)
• Mechanical: compact snap-fit housing for secure retention

How to use

Prepare the cable by stripping the outer jacket to expose the twisted pairs and align conductors according to the wiring standard required (T568A or T568B). Untwist pairs only as much as necessary, straighten the conductors and insert them fully into the connector so each wire seats under its respective contact. Verify conductor order before crimping; use an appropriate crimp tool rated for RJ45 connectors to complete the termination. After crimping, inspect the connector to ensure the jacket is clamped and all contacts are properly engaged.

Recommendations

For best results, use with compatible crimp tools and verify cable category suitability for your network speed. Avoid excessive untwisting of pairs to maintain signal integrity and test each terminated cable with a cable tester to confirm continuity and pairing before deployment.
