Johdinliitin RJ45 Schwaiger NWDK16533

The Schwaiger NWDK16533 is a black RJ45 wire connector designed to join two male RJ45 network cables in a female-to-female configuration. Compact and simple, this inline coupler allows extension of existing Ethernet cables or temporary linking of devices without re-terminating cable ends. It supports standard RJ45 plug form factor and is supplied as a single unit per pack for straightforward use in home and small office networks.

Advantages

This RJ45 connector provides a quick and tool-free way to extend or join CAT5e/CAT6 style network cables while maintaining the standard plug fit. Its compact black housing offers unobtrusive installation behind equipment or inside patch panels. The design reduces the need for replacing or re-crimping cable ends and allows fast changes to network layout with minimal downtime.

Suitable for

• Extending Ethernet cables for home networking
• Connecting two patch cables behind routers, switches or modems
• Temporary cable joins during network reconfiguration or testing
• Small office and study setups where a simple coupler is needed

Key specifications

• Connector type: RJ45 female-to-female inline coupler
• Colour: Black
• Form factor: Compact inline housing compatible with standard RJ45 plugs
• Quantity: Single unit per pack

How to use

To use the coupler, align each male RJ45 plug with the female ports on either side of the connector and insert until the plug latches engage. Ensure both cable ends are firmly seated to maintain a reliable connection. The connector is passive and requires no additional power or configuration. Remove by depressing the plug latch and gently pulling the cable out.

Recommendations

Use the connector for short-term or non-critical extensions; for permanent or high-performance installations, consider using a single continuous cable with proper shielding and termination to preserve signal integrity. Avoid placing the coupler under heavy mechanical stress or in locations with high moisture unless adequately protected.
