Jung peitelevy UAE/IAE/ISDN-rasiaan LS 990 LS design LS plus alpinweiß LS969-2 UA WW

Jung wall plate cover LS969-2 UA WW in Alpinweiß is a single-face cover plate designed for UAE/IAE/ISDN sockets compatible with the LS 990, LS design and LS plus ranges. The cover provides a clean, standard-sized front surface to mount over dual telecom and data connectors, securing the outlet and giving a uniform appearance for residential and commercial interiors. Made to integrate with Jung modular frames, the plate matches the visual language of LS-series switches and sockets while protecting connectors from dust and accidental contact.

Advantages

The cover plate offers a precise fit for UAE/IAE/ISDN dual outlets in the LS 990 and compatible series, ensuring alignment with adjacent modules and frames. Its Alpinweiß finish provides a neutral, easy-to-match color for modern interiors. The single-gang design keeps the installation compact and unobtrusive, while the smooth surface simplifies cleaning and maintenance. The plate is designed to work with standard mounting frames, enabling quick replacement or upgrade of existing telecom outlets without modifying wall openings.

How to use

Before installation, disconnect power to nearby circuits if any electrical work is required. Align the Jung cover plate over the existing UAE/IAE/ISDN dual socket mounted in an LS-series frame and secure it using the original frame clips or the mounting screws provided with the frame. Ensure the plate sits flush against the wall and that connectors remain easily accessible through the opening. For replacement, gently remove the old plate, check the condition of the underlying frame and connectors, then fit the Jung cover plate in the same position.

Recommendations

Use the cover plate together with compatible LS-series frames and modules to maintain correct alignment and appearance. Avoid excessive force when tightening screws to prevent stress on the plastic surface. Clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent; avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
