Kaapeli DeLOCK DL4 aurinko-kaapeli uros - naaras 60 cm musta 3,3 mm²

The DeLOCK DL4 Solar Flat Cable is a 60 cm black cable with a 3.3 mm² conductor cross-section and DL4 male and female connectors designed for transmitting power from photovoltaic systems. The flat, highly flexible design allows routing through tight spaces such as window bushings while the cable sheath material provides mechanical strain resistance. The DL4 connection system supports secure snap-in mating and can be released with the appropriate tool. The cable is rated IP67 for protection against dust and temporary immersion in water.

Advantages

The integrated DL4 plugs and sockets provide a snap-in locking mechanism that prevents unintended disconnections while allowing tool-assisted separation when required. The flat, super-flexible construction simplifies installation in narrow ducts or window feed-throughs and reduces mechanical stress on the conductors. IP67 dust- and waterproofing protects the connection and cable in outdoor solar installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting photovoltaic modules to inverters or junction boxes over short distances
• Routing through window bushings or narrow cable channels
• Temporary or permanent outdoor solar installations requiring IP67 protection

Key specifications

• Length: 60 cm
• Conductor cross-section: 3.3 mm²
• Connector type: DL4 male to DL4 female
• Colour: black
• Protection class: IP67 (dust and waterproof)
• Brand: DELOCK, MPN: 60675, EAN: 4043619606757

How to use

Route the DL4 solar flat cable between the photovoltaic module and the target device (inverter, combiner box or junction) ensuring the male and female DL4 connectors are aligned and snapped together until the locking mechanism engages. For removal, use the appropriate release tool to disengage the snap-in lock before separating the connectors. When installing through window bushings or narrow channels, guide the flat cable carefully to avoid sharp bends and excessive tensile stress on the conductors.

Recommendations

Use the cable for short interconnections in PV systems and ensure connections are checked periodically for secure locking and signs of wear. Avoid tight kinks and protect the cable from prolonged mechanical abrasion. For long-term outdoor installations verify compatibility with system voltage and installation regulations.
