Kaapeli Helos TAE F/6P4C 3m

The Helos TAE F/6P4C 3m cable provides a 3-meter connection between a TAE F (German telephone connector) and a 6P4C (RJ10/RJ9-style) plug. Designed for reliable everyday use in home and office settings, this black cable enables stable voice and low-speed data connections where these connector types are required. The construction balances flexibility and durability for convenience during installation and routine handling.

Advantages

This cable offers a straightforward plug-and-play solution for connecting equipment with TAE F and 6P4C interfaces without the need for adapters. The 3 m length gives added reach for installations where devices are not in immediate proximity. Its black outer jacket resists visible dirt and integrates unobtrusively with most interior setups. The cable is engineered for consistent contact and mechanical resilience to reduce intermittent connections.

Suitable for

• Connecting telephone handsets or desk phones that use 6P4C connectors to TAE F wall sockets
• Home office setups requiring a reliable voice connection over short to medium distances
• Temporary or permanent wiring where a 3 m cable length is appropriate
• Audio/voice equipment testing and troubleshooting involving TAE and 6P4C interfaces

Key specifications

• Cable length: 3 m
• Connector A: TAE F (female socket end compatible)
• Connector B: 6P4C (plug commonly used for telephone handsets)
• Colour: Black
• Application: Voice and low-speed data connections
• Construction: Flexible insulated conductors with protective outer jacket

How to use

Route the cable from the device to the wall socket, avoiding sharp bends and tight kinks. Insert the 6P4C plug into the handset or device jack until it clicks into place, and plug the TAE F connector into the compatible wall socket. Verify the connection by checking handset dial tone or device signalling. If you encounter connection issues, power-cycle the equipment and re-seat the connectors to ensure proper contact.

Recommendations

For long-term reliability, avoid running the cable near sources of strong electromagnetic interference and prevent repeated stress at the connector ends by securing the cable with clips or cable ties. Replace the cable if you notice intermittent audio, visible damage to the jacket, or loose connector retention.
