Kaapelikela NEO tools 90-171, 30 m kaapeli, 3×1,5 mm²

Cable drum NEO tools 90-171, 30 m cable, 3×1.5 mm² is a portable power extension reel that provides a 30 metre reach for powering tools and equipment. The reel integrates a compact drum for tidy storage, a 3×1.5 mm² conductor arrangement suitable for general-purpose power distribution, and a robust outer frame for transport and placement on building sites, workshops or outdoor areas. The product is intended to simplify cable deployment and retrieval while helping to reduce tangles and mechanical strain on the cable during repeated use.

Advantages

The cable reel combines a long 30 m cable length with a 3×1.5 mm² conductor cross-section to support multiple handheld power tools and small equipment within its rated capacity. Its compact drum form keeps the cable neatly coiled to minimise wear and to speed up winding and unwinding. The open-frame construction ensures easy handling and visual inspection of the cable, while the design reduces the risk of kinking and localized damage during transport or storage.

Suitable for

• Extending mains power to handheld tools on construction sites
• Powering workshop equipment and portable machines
• Outdoor maintenance and gardening tools (weather-aware use)
• Temporary power distribution for events and sites

Key specifications

• Cable length: 30 m
• Conductor configuration: 3 cores
• Conductor cross-section: 1.5 mm² per core
• Reel type: portable drum with open frame
• Intended use: mains power extension for tools and small equipment

How to use

Unwind the required length of cable from the drum and place the reel on a stable surface or hang it on a suitable support if provided. Connect the cable plug to a properly rated and grounded mains outlet and then connect devices to the socket ends or extension outlets as appropriate. Avoid pulling the cable at sharp angles or running it across high-traffic areas without protection. After use, disconnect devices, allow any warm cable to cool, then wind the cable back onto the drum evenly to prevent overlaps and reduce tension.

Recommendations

Use the cable drum only within the rated current and voltage of connected devices and make sure the connected tools match the conductor capacity of 3×1.5 mm². Do not expose the reel or cable to sustained rain or immerse in water; for outdoor use choose locations shielded from direct moisture or use additional protective equipment. Regularly inspect the insulation and connections for damage before each use and replace the cable or stop using the drum if any defects are found.
