Kaapeliliitin ShiverPeaks BS50500 6,3 mm musta

The ShiverPeaks BS50500 wire connector is a single-piece 6.3 mm male electrical connector in black finish. Designed for use where secure, quick-disconnect connections are required, this connector suits a range of low-voltage wiring tasks in audio, video and general electrical systems. Its compact form factor and standard 6.3 mm mating dimension make it compatible with common female sockets and terminal blocks used in many consumer and professional installations.

Advantages

This 6.3 mm male connector provides a reliable mechanical and electrical contact with minimal insertion force and consistent retention. The black finish offers neutral aesthetics and helps visually integrate the connector into equipment panels or wiring looms. Supplied as an individual piece, it supports flexible use in repairs, prototypes and custom cable assemblies without excess packaging or bulk quantities.

Suitable for

• Audio equipment wiring and speaker connections
• Video and AV component interconnections
• General low-voltage electrical connections and wiring repairs
• Prototyping and custom cable assemblies

Key specifications

• Connector type: male quick-disconnect
• Mating width: 6.3 mm
• Finish: black
• Quantity: single piece
• Intended use: low-voltage signal and power connections

How to use

Strip the cable insulation to the appropriate length for the chosen termination method and attach the conductor to the connector according to the recommended crimp or solder procedure for 6.3 mm male terminals. Ensure the mating surface and female socket are clean and free of debris before insertion. Insert the male connector fully into the matching female terminal until a secure mechanical and electrical engagement is felt. When used in panel-mounted applications, check clearances and retention to avoid stress on the cable.

Recommendations

Use the connector within the intended low-voltage ranges and environments; avoid exposure to moisture, corrosive atmospheres or excessive heat. Select an appropriate crimp tool or soldering method to ensure durable terminations and verify connections with a continuity tester before powering equipment.
