Kaapelin erotuskaari Lapp SILVYN SPLIT COS musta polyamidi

The Lapp SILVYN SPLIT COS Black Polyamide cable tray divider is a durable accessory designed to separate and organize cables inside cable trays and trunking systems. Manufactured from robust polyamide in a black finish, this divider provides a stable partitioning solution that helps maintain order in electrical installations and reduces the risk of mechanical damage or electromagnetic interference between grouped cables.

Advantages

This cable tray divider is made of high-strength polyamide for mechanical resilience, chemical resistance and long service life. The black color offers a professional appearance and compatibility with common cable management systems. Its split design enables easy retrofitting and modification of cable routing without the need to dismantle the entire tray layout, allowing technicians to add or reassign cable groups quickly and securely.

Suitable for

• Organising power, control and signal cables within cable trays
• Separating high-voltage and low-voltage cable runs to reduce interference
• Retrofitting or extending existing cable tray installations
• Industrial, commercial and utility electrical wiring projects

Key specifications

• Material: polyamide (PA) for mechanical strength and chemical resistance
• Colour: black for discreet integration with cable management systems
• Design: split/dividing profile for easy installation and retrofitting
• Function: physical separation of cable groups to improve organization and reduce interference

How to use

Install the divider by positioning the split profile over the central section of the cable tray where separation is required. Press or clip the divider into place along the tray flange or within the tray channel according to the tray geometry, ensuring a secure fit. Route cable bundles on either side of the divider and secure them with suitable ties or clamps as needed. For retrofit applications, open the split section and fit around existing cable bundles before closing to maintain continuous service during reconfiguration.

Recommendations

Inspect the tray geometry and cable sizes before selection to ensure compatibility. Use appropriate fastening methods and cable ties rated for the installation environment. Avoid exposing the polyamide divider to prolonged direct sunlight or hazardous chemicals beyond its material specifications to preserve mechanical properties. Follow local electrical standards and separation requirements when segregating cable types.
