Kaapelinsuoja DeLOCK 19220 musta

The DeLOCK 19220 cable sleeve in black is a woven polyester sleeve designed to bundle and protect exposed cables, wires and tubing. It is made from continuous multifilament fibres for increased flame resistance and improved abrasion protection, and is suitable for operating temperatures from -50 °C to 150 °C. The sleeve measures 3.5 cm in diameter and 2000 mm in length and keeps cable runs neat while preserving flexibility.

Advantages

This cable sleeve provides thermal tolerance across a wide temperature range and enhanced mechanical protection due to its multifilament construction. The woven polyester material offers durability and resistance to wear. An integrated zip fastener allows quick installation and repeated addition or removal of cables without cutting the sleeve.

Suitable for

• Organising power and data cables in offices and server rooms
• Protecting vehicle or machinery wiring from abrasion
• Bundling cables in home entertainment systems
• Routing cables in industrial equipment and control cabinets

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 19220
• Colour: Black
• Material: Polyester (woven, multifilament)
• Diameter: 3.5 cm

How to use

Open the integrated zip fastener, place the sleeve around the cable bundle or wires, then close the zip to secure the sleeve. The zipper design enables adding or removing individual cables as needed without cutting the sleeve. Position the sleeve so that it covers the areas exposed to potential abrasion or contamination and trim the ends if necessary, taking care not to damage the woven structure.

Recommendations

For best results, select a sleeve diameter that allows cables to sit comfortably without excessive compression. Avoid direct contact with sharp edges and use cable ties or clamps at the ends if a permanent installation is required. Do not expose the sleeve to open flame despite its increased flame resistance; follow local safety standards for cable routing.
