Kaapelinsuojus DeLOCK 18852 musta

The DeLOCK 18852 cable sleeve in black is a braided polyester sleeve with a 9 mm diameter, designed to bundle and protect exposed cables, wires and small tubes. It prevents tangling and provides abrasion and heat resistance while remaining reusable and cuttable to the required length.

Advantages

The braided structure offers abrasion resistance and heat resistance while the self-closing design allows the sleeve to close automatically after adding cables. It is reusable so cables and tubes can be added or removed multiple times, and it can be shortened with a hot cutting tool for a clean, fray-free edge.

Suitable for

• Organising computer and AV cables
• Bundling power cords and small electrical wires
• Protecting wiring in workstations and behind entertainment centres
• Routing small tubing and cable runs in vehicles or equipment

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 18852
• EAN: 4043619188529
• Material: Polyester
• Colour: Black
• Diameter: 9 mm
• Type: Braided, self-closing cable sleeve

How to use

Push the cables or tubes into the open end of the braided sleeve; the self-closing braid will snug around the bundle. To shorten the sleeve, measure the required length, cut with scissors and finish the end using a hot cutting tool to prevent fraying. Add or remove individual cables as needed by flexing the braid and sliding them in or out.

Recommendations

The sleeve is suitable for bundles fitting its 9 mm diameter; avoid forcing bundles that exceed the diameter to prevent deformation. Use a proper hot cutting tool or lighter carefully to seal cut ends and prevent unraveling. Keep away from direct flame and do not use for high-voltage insulation where certified insulation is required.
