Kaapelinsuojus DeLOCK 19170 musta

The DeLOCK 19170 cable sleeve is a woven polyester sleeve designed to bundle and protect exposed cables, electrical tubes and wires from dirt and mechanical damage. Made from continuous monofilament and multifilament fibres, the sleeve provides improved flame resistance and abrasion resistance. It is black, 8 mm in diameter and 2000 mm long, and is suitable for use in temperatures from -50 to 150 °C.

Advantages

The self-closing woven construction allows the sleeve to automatically close around added cables while permitting repeated addition or removal of cables. The polyester material offers durability and resistance to wear, and the special fibres increase flame retardancy and abrasion protection. The sleeve can be cut to the required length using a hot cutting tool to prevent fraying.

Suitable for

• Bundling and protecting individual cables and wire looms
• Organising cables in industrial, automotive or home installations
• Protecting cable runs from dirt and mechanical abrasion

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 19170
• EAN: 4043619191703
• Material: Polyester (monofilament and multifilament fibres)
• Colour: Black
• Diameter: 8 mm
• Length: 2000 mm
• Temperature range: -50 to 150 °C

How to use

Slide the self-closing sleeve over the cable bundle; the woven structure will contract around the cables to hold them in place. To add or remove cables, spread the sleeve open, insert or extract the cables, and allow the sleeve to close again. If a shorter length is required, cut the sleeve to size with a hot cutting tool to seal the cut edge and prevent fraying.

Recommendations

For safe and durable results, ensure the sleeve diameter matches the cable bundle size and use a proper hot cutting tool when trimming. Avoid exposing the sleeve to direct flame or chemicals beyond the specified temperature range.
