Kahvitamper Eureka ACC-TMP-007-1KIT, 58 mm pohja, oliivipuukahva

Eureka ACC-TMP-007-1KIT is a 58 mm coffee tamper with an olive wood handle designed to compact espresso grounds evenly across the portafilter basket. The flat 58 mm base aligns with standard single and double baskets to deliver consistent pressure and a uniform puck surface, helping to stabilize extraction and reduce channeling. The olive wood handle provides a warm tactile feel and ergonomic support for repeated tamping in both home and professional settings.

Advantages

The tamper combines a precision-machined stainless steel base with a shaped olive wood handle to balance durability and comfort. The flat base ensures an even contact area while the smooth wooden grip reduces wrist fatigue during multiple uses. Solid construction minimizes wobble and maintains alignment, contributing to repeatable tamping results.

Suitable for

• Home espresso machines with 58 mm portafilter baskets
• Small cafés and barista stations requiring consistent tamping
• Training and practice to improve tamping technique
• Users who prefer a wooden handle for ergonomic grip

Key specifications

• Base diameter: 58 mm flat stainless steel
• Handle material: olive wood
• Construction: solid metal base with wooden handle
• Compatibility: fits standard 58 mm portafilter baskets
• Finish: polished base and natural wood handle finish

How to use

Distribute ground coffee evenly in the portafilter basket, then place the tamper perpendicular to the surface. Apply steady, even pressure until the grind bed is compact and level; avoid rocking the tamper to preserve a uniform puck. After tamping, remove the tamper and proceed to brew as usual. Clean the base with a soft cloth after each use and periodically treat the olive wood handle with a food-safe oil to maintain its appearance.

Recommendations

For consistent results, use the tamper with a calibrated pressure and maintain a perpendicular tamping angle. Keep the base free of excess grounds before each tamp to prevent uneven compression. Store in a dry place away from direct heat or prolonged moisture to preserve the olive wood handle.
