Kaiutinkaapeli PSSO 4x2,5 mm², 5 m, musta

PSSO 4x2.5 mm² speaker cable, 5 m in black is a multi‑core audio cable designed for connecting loudspeakers in home and commercial sound systems. With four conductors each of 2.5 mm² cross‑section, the cable supports bi‑wire connections or separate runs for multiple channels. The 5 m length is suitable for moderate distances between amplifier and speakers or for routed speaker runs in fixed installations. The black outer sheath provides a discreet appearance for visible or in‑wall routes where standard 2.5 mm² wiring is specified.

Advantages

The four 2.5 mm² conductors allow flexible wiring configurations such as bi‑wiring or feeding multiple speaker drivers from a single run, while maintaining consistent conductor size for reliable current capacity. The multi‑core construction simplifies installation compared with running separate single‑core cables, reducing clutter and easing routing through conduits or behind skirting. The cable's length and moderate flexibility make it appropriate for typical room layouts without excess slack.

How to use

Strip an appropriate length of outer sheath and insulation from each conductor, taking care not to nick the copper. Connect conductor pairs to the corresponding positive and negative terminals on amplifier/receiver and speaker, observing correct polarity to maintain phase. For bi‑wiring, use two conductor pairs for high‑ and low‑frequency sections of the speaker, following the speaker manufacturer's wiring recommendations. Route the cable through conduits, channels, or along walls as needed, securing it to avoid strain on terminals.

Recommendations

For best signal integrity, keep run lengths moderate and avoid tight bends. Where the installation passes through walls or ceilings, confirm local regulations for in‑wall rated cable or additional conduit protection if required. Use proper ferrules or crimp connectors if connecting to screw terminals to ensure secure, oxidation‑resistant contacts.
