Kaiutinkaapeli ShiverPeaks S/CONN 0,75 mm² (24x0,20 CCA) valkoinen 25 m

ShiverPeaks S/CONN speaker cable, 0.75 mm² (24x0.20 CCA) in white and 25 m length is a twin-conductor audio cable intended for connecting loudspeakers and audio systems. The conductor is made from copper-clad aluminum (CCA) strands arranged as 24×0.20 mm filaments, providing a balance between flexibility and cost-efficiency. The cable features a flexible outer jacket that allows routing along walls, baseboards or through cable channels for home hi‑fi, multiroom and basic installation projects.

Advantages

The cable combines a compact 0.75 mm² conductor area with stranded CCA construction to keep weight and cost down while maintaining adequate conductivity for moderate current loads. Its stranded design improves bendability compared with solid wire, making it easier to handle during installation and to run around corners or through conduits. The white jacket provides a discreet appearance for visible runs and can be painted or concealed behind covers in domestic environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting bookshelf or stand‑mounted loudspeakers to amplifiers in home audio setups
• Multiroom audio zones with moderate power requirements
• Basic in‑wall or surface installations where flexibility and aesthetic appearance are needed
• Temporary or semi‑permanent audio wiring for events, education or presentation systems

Key specifications

• Conductor cross‑section: 0.75 mm²
• Conductor construction: 24 strands × 0.20 mm copper‑clad aluminum (CCA)
• Configuration: twin speaker conductors (separate positive and negative cores)
• Length: 25 meters
• Outer jacket color: white
• Jacket type: flexible PVC suitable for surface runs and basic routing

How to use

Strip approximately 6–10 mm of insulation from each conductor before terminating. Use proper polarity marking to maintain correct speaker phase when connecting to amplifiers and loudspeakers. For crimped or soldered connections, ensure clean conductor ends and appropriate connectors for 0.75 mm² cable. Route the cable away from mains power runs where possible to minimise interference, and secure it with clips or adhesives suitable for the installation surface.

Recommendations

For optimum audio performance, keep cable runs as short as practical and avoid excessively high amplifier output levels that demand current beyond the conductor's moderate capacity. When planning permanent in‑wall installations, verify local building and fire codes regarding cable type and insulation requirements.
