Kaksipuolinen teippi 3M 9527, 50 m × 25 mm, kermanvärinen – erittäin luja kuitukangasteippi

3M 9527 double-sided tape, 50 m x 25 mm in cream, is a tissue-based, high-bond adhesive tape designed for permanent fixing in mounting, splicing and lamination applications. The tape is supplied on a roll with a narrow width that suits precise joining and long runs, and its adhesive formulation provides reliable adhesion to paper, cardboard, fabric and many plastic surfaces commonly encountered in packaging and light assembly tasks.

Advantages

The tissue carrier gives the tape flexibility and conformability to uneven surfaces while maintaining a thin profile for discrete bonding. Its high-bond adhesive delivers strong, permanent adhesion on porous substrates and many non-porous materials. The roll format provides a continuous length suitable for repeated or extended operations, reducing the need for frequent tape changes during production or crafting tasks.

Suitable for

• Mounting lightweight components and signage on paperboard or cardboard
• Splicing paper or films in finishing and converting processes
• Lamination and bonding of fabric to board or other textile assemblies
• General-purpose double-sided fixing in craft, stationery and packaging

Key specifications

• Length: 50 metres
• Width: 25 millimetres
• Colour: cream
• Carrier: tissue (paper-based)
• Adhesive type: permanent, high-bond adhesive
• Form: single-roll, double-sided tape

How to use

Ensure contact surfaces are clean, dry and free from dust, oil or loose particles before application. Cut or unwind the required length of tape from the roll, peel off the release liner and press the adhesive side firmly onto the first substrate. Remove the liner from the exposed adhesive and bring the second substrate into position, applying uniform pressure to achieve full contact. For best bond formation, allow time for the adhesive to wet out the surface; higher pressure improves initial tack and final bond strength.

Recommendations

Store the tape in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid use on highly plasticised PVC or low-energy plastics without prior testing, and test adhesion on critical substrates before full-scale use. Use firm, even pressure during application to maximise bond performance.
