The mount's slim form factor and understated appearance make it suitable for office meeting rooms, home offices, and other spaces where a discreet, reliable camera foundation is required.

Advantages

The H615-BG offers stable support for cameras while occupying minimal floor area, reducing visual clutter. Its lightweight construction (0.5 kg) makes it easy to position and relocate as needed. The black finish blends with most AV equipment and room decor, and the low height helps keep the camera close to eye level without obstructing sight lines in a meeting environment.

• Floor placement of small conference and webcam-style cameras
• Office and home meeting rooms where a low-profile mount is required
• Situations demanding discreet installation and stable camera positioning

How to use

Place the Heckler Design H615-BG on a flat, level floor surface and position the camera or accessory on top of the mount so that the lens has a clear line of sight to the meeting area. Ensure the mount is centered under the camera for even support. If using cabling, route cables neatly to avoid tripping hazards and to reduce strain on connectors. Periodically check that the mount remains flat and stable, and reposition as needed for optimal camera framing.

Recommendations

Use the H615-BG in combination with compact conference cameras or webcams that do not require elevated stands. For classroom or presentation setups where the camera should align with eye level, place the mount at the appropriate distance from the presenter and verify framing before the session begins. Avoid placing the mount on uneven or soft surfaces that could compromise stability.
