Key specifications

• Format: A4 (suitable for standard A4 sheets)
• Material: cardboard / paperboard
• Configuration: single pocket/folder
• Colour: assorted colours (varies by pack)
• Certification: FSC-certified paper material
• Pack size: 1 folder per pack

How to use

Insert A4 documents straight into the pocket so that edges align with the folder spine for neat storage. Use different coloured folders to separate subjects, projects or clients. When carrying papers, place heavier documents at the bottom to prevent bending and close the folder edge to protect contents from dirt and light damage. For longer-term archiving, label the folder on the outer edge or attach a removable label to the front.

Recommendations

Store the folder in a dry environment to preserve the cardboard integrity and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. For frequent handling, consider reinforcing the spine with tape if additional durability is needed. Recycle the folder according to local paper recycling guidelines when it reaches the end of its useful life.
