Key specifications

• Material: stainless steel cooking surface and body
• Diameter: 16 cm
• Compatibility: suitable for induction, electric and gas cooktops
• Design: low-profile casserole with even-heating base
• Capacity: compact volume appropriate for single servings and small portions

How to use

Place the casserole on a compatible hob and start with medium or low heat for sauces and delicate preparations to ensure gentle simmering. Preheat briefly when searing or reducing liquids, then adjust the temperature to maintain a steady simmer. Use wooden or silicone utensils to avoid scratching the stainless steel surface. After use, allow the pan to cool slightly before cleaning to protect its finish; wash with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.

Recommendations

For best results, bring liquids to a gentle simmer rather than a vigorous boil and stir periodically to prevent sticking. When using induction, select a heat setting that provides gradual temperature rise to avoid overheating small volumes. Avoid prolonged empty heating and clean after each use to maintain the stainless steel surface and ensure long-term performance.
