How to use

Position the scanner so the aiming area covers the barcode or QR code and pull the trigger or press the scan button to initiate decoding. Hold the scanner steady until the device signals a successful read, then review the decoded data in the active application field on your POS or inventory software.

Recommendations

For best results, ensure the barcode or QR code is clean and undamaged, and maintain a moderate scanning distance so the code fills the scanner’s field of view. Avoid direct, strong glare on glossy labels or screens; adjust the angle slightly if reflections interfere. Use an up-to-date POS or inventory application and verify keyboard input focus is on the correct field before scanning to ensure data is entered in the intended location.
