Katkaisulaikka 125 mm x 1 mm, DeWalt, 50 kpl:n pakkaus

DeWalt cutting-off wheels 125 mm x 1 mm in a pack of 50 are abrasive discs intended for use with 125 mm angle grinders. These thin 1 mm wheels are designed for fast, precise cutting of metal and similar materials, offering narrow kerf cuts that minimize material loss and reduce cutting time. The bulk pack of 50 makes it practical for workshops, construction sites and professional trades where frequent disc changes are required.

Advantages

The 1 mm thickness delivers precise, low-waste cuts and faster penetration through metal compared with thicker discs. The uniform abrasive formulation and balanced construction ensure consistent cutting performance and reduced vibration during use. Supplied in a pack of 50, the set reduces downtime by keeping multiple spare discs readily available and lowers the frequency of reordering for high-volume users.

Suitable for

• Cutting steel rods, bars and profiles
• Trimming sheet metal and panels
• Short, precise cuts on stainless steel and alloyed metals
• On-site maintenance and fabrication tasks
• Workshops and professional trade use with frequent disc changes

Key specifications

• Diameter: 125 mm
• Thickness (cutting width): 1 mm
• Intended tool: 125 mm angle grinder
• Pack quantity: 50 discs
• Primary application: cutting metal and similar hard materials

How to use

Fit a single cutting-off wheel to a compatible 125 mm angle grinder following the tool manufacturer’s instructions and ensure the wheel is mounted in the correct orientation. Use appropriate guard and secure the workpiece before starting. Operate the grinder at the recommended speed, apply steady pressure without forcing the disc, and allow the abrasive to do the work. Replace the disc when wear reduces cutting efficiency or if damage or cracking is observed.

Recommendations

Always use appropriate personal protective equipment including eye protection, gloves and hearing protection. Verify the grinder’s maximum speed rating is compatible with the cutting wheel and follow all safety instructions from both the wheel and tool manufacturers. Store discs in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to maintain performance.
