Advantages

The Diamond® clear non-stick coating is PFOA-free, reinforced with natural diamond powder for improved resistance to scratches and abrasion while maintaining a smooth cooking surface. The patented stainless steel double bottom is fixed to the body to ensure uniform heat distribution and a wider flat contact area that improves heat transmission and cooking speed. The outside coating is durable, unalterable and easy to clean. Bakelite soft-touch handles provide comfortable, anti-burn grip and secure handling when moving the saucepan.

How to use

Use the saucepan on any type of hob, including induction, placing it on a flat and stable cooking surface. Preheat over low to medium heat and avoid empty overheating. Cook with little or no oil when possible to benefit from the non-stick surface. Lift and carry the pan using both Bakelite handles for stable handling; handles are heat-resistant but avoid prolonged exposure to direct flame. Clean after cooling with warm water, mild detergent and a soft sponge to preserve the non-stick coating.

Recommendations

To prolong the life of the Diamond® non-stick coating, avoid metal utensils and abrasive cleaners. When storing, protect the cooking surface from scratches by placing a cloth or pan protector between stacked items.
