The soft-touch handle allows safe manoeuvring; use oven mitts if the pan has been on high heat for extended periods. The tempered glass lid lets you check progress without removing it, reducing heat loss.

Recommendations

To prolong the life of the Megastone non-stick coating, avoid prolonged high heat and sharp metal scraping. Although the pan is metal-utensil safe, prefer wooden, silicone or plastic utensils when possible and clean with non-abrasive sponges. Regular preconditioning after cleaning can help maintain non-stick performance.
