How to use

Install the speaker in a suitable ceiling cut-out and connect it to the 100 V line using the appropriate transformer tap or wiring on the unit. Position speakers to provide even coverage across the listening area, keeping consistent spacing and avoiding direct obstructions. Adjust amplifier output and, if available, transformer taps to match the required SPL and to balance levels with other speakers in the system. Regularly check connections and grille condition to ensure ongoing performance.

Recommendations

For optimal results in a commercial environment, plan speaker placement to achieve uniform sound distribution and select transformer taps that provide sufficient volume without risking distortion. Use the HQM-SK1015 for background music and clear speech reproduction rather than for high-SPL music applications. Periodic cleaning of the grille and inspection of mounting hardware will help maintain acoustic quality and appearance.
